Enjoy the summer with outdoor story time and hands on exploration in our FoodWIse garden at Ledge View! Each week, we will investigate a different topic related to growing the food we eat. This will include fun activities, a veggie tasting, and a craft.
This program is a partnership between the Chilton Public Library and Ledge View Nature Center. Kids of all ages are welcome.
June 16th- Sow and grow! Exploring seeds
June 23rd- The story of soil and roots
June 30th– Stems stand tall
July 7th – The life of leaves
July 14th- Buzz and Blooms- exploring flowers and pollination
July 21st – Fruits are fantastic.
July 28th - Harvest Hoedown!
No pre-registration required, show up on the day. By Donation.
